Bryant Animal Control & Adoption Center is a publicly funded shelter which is responsible for the enforcement of all city and state laws regarding animals within the city limits of Bryant , Arkansas . During the course of our investigations, we occasionally impound animals which may become available for adoption. We also accept (on a limited basis) owner surrendered animals and assist in placement of animals into new homes. The shelter is open 6 days a week: please call us for adoption hours.

"HORSESHOE BEND ANIMAL CONTROL.

We are a small town animal control facility with a heart. A handful of dedicated volunteers assist the part-time officer in caring for the animals and in trying extra hard to find homes for them. Our retirement town has an older population which means there are not many adoptions in our own area. Many of our residents would prefer a small dog, if any. Our larger dogs are seldom adopted locally. Don't be afraid of our Arkansas location as we are sometimes able to assist with transport, and we can use the dog adoption transport system to the Northeast. We have placed dogs in New Hampshire , New Jersey , Ohio , Wisconsin , Missouri , Kansas , Texas , and Illinois in addition to all locations in Arkansas ."

We have a website, www.horseshoebend.petfinder.com, which is updated continually with dogs and some cats available for adoption.

Ozark Mutts and Stuff

http://www.ozarkmuttsandstuff.org/

Ozark Mutts and Stuff is a small rescue is northeast Arkansas that cares very deeply about the abandoned, abused, neglected dogs and cats in this area.

We do our very best to save as many of these fur kids as we can. Some of these fur kids have been tied to trees and left to die by their owners. Some have been dumped on a country road to fend for themselves. Some people will even shoot a stray dog if they come on their property.

A lot of these fur kids have never known love and affection of any kind until they came into our rescue. We do everything in our power to show them that they are safe and loved. Soon the dogs come out of their shells and return the love that we give them. What trusting souls these fur kids have. They hold no grudges on humans for treating them the way they do.

Mill Creek Animal Rescue is located on 15 acres in the Arkansas River Valley . Our mission is to rescue and provide safe and responsible care for homeless, abandoned, and abused animals. We strive to help all animals in need through our service programs. We believe that the welfare of animals is paramount, and feel that we can alleviate problems associated with animal overpopulation and abandonment through the rescue and adoption of unwanted and abused animals; funding of spay/neuter programs; and education and outreach on animal welfare to children and adults in our community.

Mill Creek Animal Rescue does not normally accept personally owned, unwanted pets. Most of our residents are rescued strays. We specialize in unweaned orphans that cannot receive round the clock care and bottle feeding at the local animal control facility. We work with both the Russellville Animal Control and with Furry Friends In Need, fostering dogs and cats who are on death row until a permanent home can be found for them. We are always interested in recruiting more Foster Volunteers to expand our ability to save animals' lives. If you are interested in providing a temporary home for a dog or cat, please contact us.

Bismarck Animal Rescue is operated by a private family, Brad, Deanna, & Dylan, in Bismarck, Arkansas. We have donated our home and time to take in unwanted, abused, and neglected animals and give them everything they need until a new and forever home is found. Although we try to never turn away any animal in need in our area, we are restricted by our funding and space.
